Kindergarten Program Information

Our Kindergarten Program at Sunshine School meets daily from 8:45a.m. – 1:45p.m. and offers the best in elementary education and activities available to children today.

Our program can serve up to 15 students with extended care  available from 7:00a.m. – 6:00p.m (Please see our Before & After School Tab).

Our curriculum and staff are suited to help students grow academically as well as socially and spiritually with positive opportunities for learning and play.

Sunshine School uses a whole language approach in teaching phonetics, alphabet training, blending of letters, and decoding. Students progress through developmentally appropriate stages of reading, modeling, and participating.

Biblical values and morals are reinforced and children are encouraged to become responsible and caring in relationships and choice making.

Our program includes the following areas of learning and exploration: Reading, Math, Scientific Thinking, Art, Music Appreciation, Physical Education, and Character Development.
